CHANGE was the first piece I wrote in university, and my first genuine attempt at writing a piece of music. Written for an unusual chamber group, it consists of a Clarinet, Horn, Acoustic Guitar, Percussion, and Piano. As its name implies, It symbolizes the change in my life I felt when starting college. The flight to another state, feeling anxious, meeting friends, and finally finding your place at school are all aspects explored in this composition.
